How it works //
Purchase this “Wedding Package // CUSTOM” > Fill out the Form > Checkout and Pay > Floral Design Discussion > Design Finalised > Your wedding flowers dispatched
1. Add “Wedding Package // CUSTOM” to Cart
2. Fill out the Custom Wedding Order Form
3. Add your extras if required (i.e. additional Bridesmaid Bouquet, additional Boutonniere)
4. Checkout
5. Proceed to Payment
6. You will receive an automated Email Confirmation & also a personal email from us to discuss the floral design that you require. You will receive this email within 1-2 business days from our email hello@athousandblooms.com.au.
7. Once we have understood your requirement, we will send you another email with a Floral Mood Board in a .pdf form in the next 2-3 business days. You can then give us your feedback.
8. After our final design is approved by you, we will start arranging the flowers. Please give us 8-10 business days to complete the arrangement. Timeframe will depend on the complexity of the design and flower availability.
9. Once the arrangements are completed, we will prepare them for shipping and dispatch them to you from our Melbourne studio. You will receive an email from us & an email from our courier. At the moment, we use Couriers Please.
10. Delivery timeframe depends on the destination. It normally takes approx. 2-5 business days.

When do I order my wedding flowers?
The sooner the better.
As soon as you have come up with your flower idea, you can start ordering.
We would suggest placing your order at least 2-3 months in advance or even sooner than that.
Our flowers are preserved and dried so you don’t need to worry about keeping them for months. They are meant to last for years.
