Purchase this “Wedding Package // CUSTOM” > Fill out the Form > Checkout and Pay > Floral Design Discussion > Design Finalised > Your wedding flowers dispatched

1. Add “Wedding Package // CUSTOM” to Cart

2. Fill out the Custom Wedding Order Form

3. Add your extras if required (i.e. additional Bridesmaid Bouquet, additional Boutonniere)

4. Checkout

5. Proceed to Payment

6. You will receive an automated Email Confirmation & also a personal email from us to discuss the floral design that you require. You will receive this email within 1-2 business days from our email hello@athousandblooms.com.au.

7. Once we have understood your requirement, we will send you another email with a Floral Mood Board in a .pdf form in the next 2-3 business days. You can then give us your feedback.

8. After our final design is approved by you, we will start arranging the flowers. Please give us 8-10 business days to complete the arrangement. Timeframe will depend on the complexity of the design and flower availability.

9. Once the arrangements are completed, we will prepare them for shipping and dispatch them to you from our Melbourne studio. You will receive an email from us & an email from our courier. At the moment, we use Couriers Please.

10. Delivery timeframe depends on the destination. It normally takes approx. 2-5 business days.

The sooner the better.
As soon as you have come up with your flower idea, you can start ordering.
We would suggest placing your order at least 2-3 months in advance or even sooner than that.
Our flowers are preserved and dried so you don’t need to worry about keeping them for months. They are meant to last for years.

  • We love fresh flowers too, but our business focuses on sustainable aesthetics that will last for years, easy on the eyes, easy to maintain.

  • Just like any other natural flowers and leaves, treat them with good care.

    They do not need water and sunlight, though. They are easy to maintain.

    They have been preserved but they are natural so it’s normal for them to shed & experience gradual discolouration.

    For longevity, keep them away from humidity and continuous direct sunlight to preserve their colours and integrity. Avoid touching the petals too frequently.

    Bring it outdoors, dust it lightly with feather duster or hairdryer on very low and cool setting when cleaning is necessary.

  • By using plant-based non-toxic glycerin. Glycerin replaces the moisture in the flowers, keeping the flowers looking fresh and last longer.

  • Yes, they are real flowers and plants. We use some handmade sola wood flowers (made of real natural wood) on some flower arrangements.

  • With adequate care, preserved & dried flowers can last for several years. The longevity depends on how they are stored and maintained.

  • Full Blooms / Bespoke Blooms will be shipped in our Signature Shipping Box.
    Other orders, such as Mini Blooms / Petite Blooms will be shipped in our regular mailing box.
